Iantosjewelry is not responsible for any damaged packages. If a product arrives damaged, you can send it back for repairs. However you will have to pay the shipping costs, as well as a C$10 repair cost.
If you would like a refund on an item, you must contact me at iantosjewelry@gmail.com and we can discuss details there. You will need to return the undesired item via your country's postal system, and the money will be refunded to you upon item receival.
Single edition items are nonrefundable.
