Iantosjewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Packages will be shipped via Canada Post. If a package gets lost during shipping, you will need to contact Canada Post/your local shipping company once it is handed over from Canada Post.
If a product arrives damaged, you can send it back for repairs. However you will have to pay the shipping costs, as well as a C$10 repair cost.
